Steve is a highly skilled, experienced, pragmatic and innovative Water and Wastewater Principal Engineer, Team and Project Manager and Leader, with a 30+ year consulting career within the Three Waters engineering sector. He has a proven ability in project, people and business leadership and in developing and then implementing long term strategies and plans for both large and small wastewater, water supply and stormwater systems and associated treatment facilities.  He also has extensive successful experience in leading, growing, improving and managing teams, developing and managing client, colleague and stakeholder relationships to deliver successful outcomes for clients, and to develop and grow the associated business.

Matthew's role within TWA is to enhance client project outcomes in data analysis and site and field inspection works. With a background in paramedicine, and experience in site work for an Auckland based steel fabrication and welding company, he has a heightened awareness and understanding of health and safety issues associated with TWA’s work. Matthew is capable with digital technology, he has a proactive nature and is an innovative lateral thinker.

Fran has over 35 years of experience in small business administration and financial management. She manages TWA finances and administration including client invoicing and taxation processes.
